本日ご紹介いたしますのは、「遠野夢街道〜吟醸酒〜」という日本酒です🍶
このお酒は、爽やかな吟醸香とスッキリとしたのどごしが特長です！
仕込み水には、地下100メートルより汲み上げた北上山系の名峰・六角牛山の伏流水を使用しております。
この水は超軟水で、発酵が遅いため、柔らかい酒に仕上がります😁
しかし、その一方で高い醸造技術が必要とされます！
現在も南部杜氏の卓越した技術を活かし、丁寧に造られています。この努力の結集が、岩手県遠野市を代表する日本酒の1つとして多くの支持を得ております🍶ジンギスカンをはじめとするラム肉料理との相性も抜群で、特にこのお酒とのペアリングを楽しんでいただきたいです

Today we will introduce a sake called "Tono Yume Kaido ~Ginjo Sake~" 🍶
This sake is characterized by its refreshing ginjo aroma and clean taste!
The brewing water is the underground water of Mt. Rokkakuushi, a famous peak in the Kitakami mountain range, pumped up from 100 meters underground.
This water is super soft and fermentation is slow, resulting in a soft sake 😁
However, on the other hand, high brewing skills are required!
It is still carefully brewed using the outstanding skills of the Nanbu Toji brewers. The culmination of this effort has earned it a lot of support as one of the representative sakes of Tono City, Iwate Prefecture 🍶It goes great with lamb dishes such as Genghis Khan, and we hope you will especially enjoy pairing it with this sake
